An instrumental arrangement of a song by legendary folk singer Anne Briggs. The sound effects at the beginning and end are the River Crane running along the bottom of the garden when we really were living by the water. I am offering this track as a free download because I have been unable to locate the publishers of the original melody. I will be happy to pass on the correct royalty percentage from payments received for full album downloads should they get in touch with me. Topic Records told me the publisher is Heathside Music, but PRS weren't able to find their address, so they may no longer be active. Any info regarding this would be welcome.
